Bollywood actors trying their hand at rock music?

Ever since it was announced that actor Ranbir Kapoor will be playing a rock artist in a movie titled Rockstar, it seems like Bollywood men are trying to have a slice of the pie too.

Kapoor managed to hog the limelight for quite some time as a young actor who will be seen donning the rocker hat after quite some time on celluloid.

But all eyes are currently fixed on his alleged rival, young actor Imran Khan. The actor, who will be seen in Delhi Belly, has even filmed a promotional rock music video.

The song, 'DK Bose' is already a hit with the youth and Imran managed to rock like a pro.

Just when buzz about Kapoor and Imran fighting about their rockstar status was gaining momentum, actor Salman Khan announced that he will be hosting a rock concert to promote his new film.

Sallu may seem to be a little old to play a rockstar but he definitely managed to raise the required amount of curiosity. After all, Sallu is the master of the game and neither Kapoor nor Imran would be able to deny that.

And as if the trio were not slugging it out for the position of ace rockstar, filmmaker-turned-actor Farhan Akhtar announced a rock concert, and that too only for women. Akhtar had rocked the stage when his film Rock On!! had released but he was getting back into the groove after a long gap. So, which of these will manage to make a cut above the rest as ace rocker? We'll have to wait and watch for that one.
